What inspired you to become a business mentor?
There were two main things. The first being my passion to want to support women on a global scale to step into their true-life purpose. I know and truly believe our prosperity knows no limits, however to step into the millionaire mindset for success we all need support. The second was I kept getting asked by people to become their mentor, it was such a clear message from them and the universe that I had a gift I needed to share.
What excites you about your job?
I get excited by seeing my clients get such amazing results, from the huge life changing mindset shifts, to the big financial and business wins. I support and help my clients work on their mindset first, we get to work on what is holding them back. We create unshakeable confidence and banish any limiting beliefs. Once that is bullet proof, we work on scaling them into being a wildly successful and profitable brand and business.
Is there a central message or theme that you hope people take away from your social media content?
I love to believe that anything is possible, to keep following your dreams and passion. When you fall down, and we all do, you take a moment to get back in the game and then carry on. Life is not easy and neither is being an entrepreneur. It’s like a big rollercoaster, the secret is to enjoy the ride, not resist it. I also hope people feel inspired and supported as my approach is from the heart but with a desire and skillset to get results.
Which people or books have had the most influence on your growth and why?
My Mum and Grandparents are definitely the people in my life who have inspired and shaped me. All amazingly talented and creative along with being super successful in business. All great mentors to me. The book that has inspired me the most is probably a cliché, but THE SECRET, the messages and beliefs actually work.
What would you say is the #1 key to success in business?
Investing in you and your business development 100% without a doubt. I work with so many coaches and have invested in self-development. I’ve invested in my own branding and photography as well. Investing in you as a person is key.
What has been the best piece of advice you have ever received?
You have to speculate to accumulate. I always act and think like a CEO even now at the still relatively early stage of this new business. I am still taking big leaps and investing in the brand and business. Think and act big if you want big results. Play small and get small results. Your choice.
What is your relaxation ritual?
A long and warm bath. Nice food. Feet up and TV on. Or I LOVE a long massage and facial. I am a huge fan of Clarins and have always loved their facials.
What Quote or phrase do you live by?
“Progress over perfection". Or my other favourite is, “if you always do what you always did, you always get what you always got”
Do you believe in crystals or just think they are pretty?
I totally believe in crystals. Aside from LLIO crystal oils, I have crystals on my desk that I use daily. I also have several beautiful pieces of crystal jewellery that wear.
