The New Year is the perfect time to declutter your life - physically and mentally.
Scientific research has shown that decluttering can reduce stress, promote relaxation and better sleep, increase focus and energy, and help maintain a healthy weight. We often don’t even realize just how much we have collected physically, emotionally, and mentally over the years (and the weight of it all).
